Purchase Receipt and Ticket Delivery Policy
Once you have completed your transaction, you will immediately receive an email from Big Top Chautauqua's Webtix server as a sales receipt.
In addition, if you selected "Email Tickets" as a delivery method, your tickets will be emailed to you with a receipt containing helpful information about the Big Top. This email response may take a day or two.
If you did not select to have your tickets emailed to you, your tickets will be mailed by USPS if purchased more than 7 days in advance of the show. If the show occurs in 7 days or less, the actual tickets will be held at the gate in will-call under the name of the person who's credit card was used for the
purchase. Presentation of your purchase receipt at will-call will be helpful
though not necessary. If you selected "Email tickets" please print out the email tickets to present for scanning at the gate.
